Job Description

  Duties & Responsibilities
    - Take care of customers’ enquiries and provide prompt support (eg installation & process optimization, after sales service support, application support)
    - Keep regular contact with customers for their requirements and follow up outstanding issues, if any
    - Develop new markets and customers on own initiative (both industrial and R&D users)

  Skills, Experience & Attributes

    - Degree holders (Preferably engineering or science major) or Equivalent with a mature and independent personality
    - Some working experience in the Industry is preferred but not mandatory.
    - Strong self-initiated personality, and good presentation skill is advantageous
    - Self-motivators with strong drive to achieve business objectives and to develop the regional markets
    - Long and very direct working experience in the market is preferred
    - Mature and independent individuals with a high attention to detail and a proactive attitude;
    - Fluent spoken and written English
    - Strong verbal and written communication skills
    - Good knowledge about PC operations
    - Able to work with minimum supervision
    - Able to travel freely in the region or overseas occasionally

Job Description

  Duties & Responsibilities
    - Conduct on-site installation & servicing of complex equipment & systems
    - Provide troubleshooting & repair support for customer (occasional support over the phone will be required)
    - Provide product training for customers & end-users
    - Follow up on customer requests for quotations & provide pre & post sales technical support
    - Attend to all customer requests promptly & follow-up outstanding issues for proper closure
    - Cultivate & develop positive working relationships with customers, users & company personnel
